HOW DO I UNZIP MY DIGITAL ALBUM DOWNLOAD?
When you download your digital album, it arrives on your computer (in Downloads) as a compressed "zipped" folder. Before you can add the music to your library and listen to it, you first need to “unzip” it. If you’re on a Mac, just double-click the file. If you’re on a PC, right-click the file and choose Extract All...and that's it, the MP3s should appear in a new unzipped folder, ready for play.
HOW DO I LISTEN TO MY NEW MP3 AUDIO FILES? ON AN ANDROID/ APPLE iOS DEVICE?
To listen to your new music, the best thing to do is to first download the MP3 files to a computer. To listen on an Android/Apple device, you download the files to your computer first and then sync your computer to your mobile device. That means, download the MP3s to your computer, then Add To Library or Player List within iTunes/Windows Media Player. You can then sync your library or play list to your mobile device; that way you'll be able to listen from your computer and phone too. Some Androids allow you to download MP3s directly on your phone, but unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow direct downloading of music to iOS devices like iPhones or iPads unless it's through iTunes.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Hi. We ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Your order usually ships the next business day after ordering. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your item has been shipped.
HOW LONG WILL YOUR ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship all orders through USPS from Arizona. Orders generally take 2-3 days to get to you depending on where you live and what shipping method you have selected.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
We accept returns up to 10 days after you've received your item. Your item must be unworn/unused, and in the condition it arrived in. To request a return, email us with the details of your order, and your reason for requesting a return. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges, including re-shipping of a replacement item unless we're at fault.
If Press On is at fault, for example if your item(s) were sent in error (wrong item, wrong quantity etc.), we will cover shipping return and/or exchange charges.
